How does Athletigen work with VitaminLab?
VitaminLab has teamed up with Athletigen to combine over 30 years’ experience developing custom nutrition formulas with expertise in DNA health and wellness. Athletigen uses the DNA-insights of your Nutrition Report to generate your VL Code. Your VL Code lets VitaminLab’s experts build a supplement formula that is unique to you, by highlighting your nutritional needs. This code does not contain any of your DNA data and is only meant to develop the formula.
Is my DNA Data and Personal Health Information (PHI) safe?
Always. Your DNA Data stays secure in your Athletigen account. VitaminLab never has access to your information.
What are the directions for taking my custom supplement?
All the directions you need will be on your label. For capsules, please follow the suggested daily dose. For powder formulas, use the scoop in the bottle to measure the dose and mix in water.
Is VitaminLab a subscription service? Can I cancel or update at any time?
VitaminLab is a subscription service that makes it easy to stay on track. We send you a bottle that will last you for 3-months and bill monthly to make it easy. You will receive another 3-month bottle every 3-months so you’re never without your supplement. You can cancel or update your plan up to 14 days before we ship out your next supply, just let us know.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the individualized nature of our products, and because all of our formulas are made 100% custom to each individual, returns/refunds are not offered.
How does VitaminLab customize the formula for me?
We work with Athletigen to provide appropriate dosing information using the DNA-insights in your Nutrition Report. The VL Code that you bring from Athletigen is used to develop your custom formula which we then use to provide our service to you. Using the VL Code ensures that your DNA Data remain secure in your Athletigen account and are never shared with VitaminLab.
What am I buying exactly?
With VitaminLab you’ll be receiving a 3-month all-in-one supplement which is made bespoke for you based the DNA-insights in your Athletigen Nutrition Report. You can also add the “Athletic Boost” package to add ingredients specifically curated for improving athletic performance.
Where is my custom supplement made? Where is VitaminLab located?
VitaminLab makes your formula in its in-house FDA licensed facility in British Columbia, Canada.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
We think you’ll love your new vitamins! However, if you feel that something is not right with your order, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to rectify the issue. As all of our formulas are made 100% custom to each individual, returns/refunds are not offered.
